Tender description

Scarborough Borough Council has been successful in a Stage 1 application to the HLP Parks for People fund for the restoration of South Cliff Gardens in Scarborough and has been awarded a grant to seek a consultant to develop the stage 2 bid, working alongside a dedicated Scarborough Borough Council (SBC) appointed Project Officer. The Council is seeking to appoint one lead Consultant who will be required to appoint and manage a team of staff and sub-consultants to comprise the whole design team to complete a high quality stage 2 bid to the HLF. It is expected that the consultant will either have a Chartered Landscape Architect as team leader or forming part of the design team to undertake these services. Upon successful approval of the stage 2 bid by the HLF the Consultant will be required to ensure a successful implementation of the project in line with appendix 9 of the stage 1 HLF bid.
