HS2 Risk Services - Route Wide Systems (April - June 17)

Tender description

The Supplier is required to provide risk services within the Route Wide Systems Team. The Services required will include, but are not limited to: • Support the team with the embedding of the Phase 1 Risk Management Plan. • Plan and facilitate monthly (or otherwise as agreed) project risk reviews attended by the project leadership teams and key stakeholders. • Plan and facilitate detailed threat and/or opportunity identification workshops as necessary. • Plan and facilitate QRA data capture activities for cost and schedule, working with key partners to obtain cost and schedule input and with members of the direct team and within HS2 in cost, planning, project controls and other relevant functions to coordinate production. • Prepare for risk reviews by capturing risk updates from risk owners, ensuring the risk register is a live document. • Maintain and Review Quality of Risk Data within the HS2 Risk Management System. • Attend key project meetings, providing risk perspective and capturing threats and opportunities as they identified. • Prepare risk reporting information for monthly business reviews, programme boards and escalate risks as necessary within HS2 risk governance framework i.e. with Phase 1.
