Tender description
Sovereign's have a requirement to service and maintain all commercial boiler systems, air-conditioning systems and air handling systems within its offices, housing stock and all other premises for which it has a management responsibility; right across the south and south-west of England. If the market can deliver, the aim is to establish a single service provider for each of 4 geographical lots. Interested service providers may bid for 1 or more lots. Current estimated values are referred to in each lot description. Sovereign's have a requirement to service and maintain all commercial boiler systems, air-conditioning systems and air handling systems within its offices, housing stock and all other premises for which it has a management responsibility; right across the south and south-west of England. If the market can deliver, the aim is to establish a single service provider for each of 4 geographical lots. Expressions of Interest are therefore being sought from prospective service providers that are keen to work with us to actively deliver the specified service needs and requirements identified in the ‘Call for Competition’ document and its supporting appendices. As a consequence, Sovereign Housing Association Ltd (SHA) are looking for specialists with the necessary breadth of qualifications, skill, expertise and management focus to deliver our business with a consistent, high quality, best value, integrated servicing and maintenance service across the entire operational area(s). Sovereign's preference (through this pre-qualification phase) is to shortlist those companies that can best demonstrate that they can deliver the full requirements of both Term Briefs. Having existing alliances with a number of key RSL and local authority partners across the South & South-West of England, access to the framework will also be available to fellow members of the Sovereign Development Consortium & Sovereign Procurement Consortium. The combined value of all services commissioned through this specific lot over the full four year term of the framework is currently expected to be within the range of 97 000 GBP — 290 000 GBP.
