Tender description
The Council is looking for up to 6 business partners and a number of spot providers to provide home care services within the Middlesbrough boundary. The Council intends to work with its business partners to determine a new, innovative, flexible service model that has the service user at the centre and can enhance their lives. The Council will commission a home care service for those adults over the age of 18 who are resident within the geographical boundary of the Borough of Middlesbrough who are eligible for support from Middlesbrough Council or who are registered with a Middlesbrough GP practice and eligible for support through Continuing Health Care. The numbers of weekly hours in receipt of the service is approximately 6740.
