Tender description

The Authority is wishing to contract for a service to provide a harm reduction service to people with alcohol issues. This will be a transformation programme, with the aim of remodelling, over time, the current service which is delivered directly by the Authority. The service is delivered in premises currently owned by the Authority, at 2 Aigburth Drive, Liverpool L17 3AA, however, the ownership and management arrangements for the building are likely to change. In the interim, there will be a leasing arrangement between the Authority and the new Contractor for the use of the building. The aim of the new contract will be is to transform the supported housing service currently delivered at 2 Aigburth Drive into a modern, high quality, accommodation based harm reduction service for people with alcohol issues. The Procurement Procedure is a Pseudo' Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime.
