Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with commercial heating installation. The requirement consists of the renewal of heating within Fernbank House is a 5 story sheltered complex situated in the Graig, Pontypridd, Union Street, Graig, Pontypridd, CF37 1RA The contractor will be required to undertake services comprising of: Replacement of Radiators – Flats & Communal Areas Installation of system Isolation Valves to the – Flats Insulating all pipework located within each of the airing cupboard flats.
