DESCRIPTION OF WORKS The Project relates to a works contract for External Envelope Remedial Works at Apartments 1 – 8, 41 Ardglen Place, Belfast The works involve in summary : • Repairs to external wall brickwork and cavities • Repairs and alterations to parapet wall at flat roof level • Repairs and patching to flat roof • Internal re-plastering, ceiling repairs, and redecoration of limited damp affected internal accommodation The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information. Refer to CDI Document Contract Data for Works Information FORM OF CONTRACT The Contract is an NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract, Short Contract (April 2013) (as set out in the Contract Data information contained in Document CDI). This process will strictly be in full compliance with the Contract.
