Tender description
Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint a competent Contractor to carry out construction works on a property within Rhondda Cynon Taff. This project includes the refurbishment of a 2 storey tenanted building comprising of 4 individual units. The pre 1919 building is comprised of single brick with PVC cladding to the lower elevation and hanging tiles to the upper elevation. Elements of work include The contractor will be required to undertake services comprising of: Full EPS EWI system, New doors & windows Roof renewal Plus any associated works identified in the SOW.
