Sellafield Ltd is planning to hold an early market engagement event on Tuesday 13.6.2017. The aim of the event is to engage the supply chain in supporting long term planning requirements for Control System packages required within asset repair and replacement work, as well as new build projects across a long term period. This event concerns information which is prior to any potential future procurement. The venue and timings will be confirmed in due course via Sellafield Ltd's CTM messaging system associated with this Prior Information Notice (PIN) — RFT ID 9446. There will be a maximum of 2 available spaces for each organisation wishing to attend, and there are a limited number of available spaces. Sellafield Ltd reserves the right to close the booking process at any time. In order to book a place, please send the names and email addresses of the attendees to: sam.trueman@sellafieldsites.com The early market engagement event will be in the form of a presentation outlining the proposal in high level terms, followed by 1:1 slots (timings to be advised) with Sellafield Ltd employees sharing set questions in relation to the aims of the workshops, providing the wider supply chain to have an input to any recommendations Sellafield Ltd take forward in developing the contract strategy. All potential suppliers of the solution are encouraged to attend. Areas to be covered at the event: — Overview of Sellafield Ltd; — Overview of Category Management; — Anticipated Commercial Strategy; — Anticipated Scope of Contract; — Technical Overview; — Review of Early Market Engagement Activity to date. Registers containing attendee names and signatures will be uploaded onto CTM after the event, organisations are advised to stipulate at the time of booking if they wish for these details not to be uploaded. An agenda will be provided on the day. * Tea and coffee will be served on arrival and within the event.
