Tender description

The Contracting Authority has established a framework agreement for the provision of debt recovery services to collect outstanding monies owed across statutory charges. A framework agreement has been established in respect of Lot 1 of the competition only. Debt management and recovery services for statutory charges include correspondence with a combination of all stakeholders: the patient, next of kin, the patient's solicitor, the Injuries Board, and all other relevant parties. This Lot has been cancelled on the basis that the issued specification of requirements did not accurately reflect the Contracting Authority's requirements. A separate Invitation to Tender document that more accurately reflects the manner in which the required services are to be delivered will be published via eTenders presently.
