Tender description

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority), requires a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 suppliers who can provide Catering Agency Staff to both Houses. The requirements will be split into 2 separate lots, covering the following areas: Lot 1 — Front of House Lot 2 — Back of House The Authority intends to appoint a maximum of 5 contractors per lot for this agreement. The approximate annual spend is estimated to be between £400,000 and £625,000. This spend is expected to decrease over the course of the contract due to a shift in working practices with regards to Agency Staff. The framework agreement will be for the period of three years plus one year extension. The contract start date is expected to be Monday 10 July 2017. Each of the successful Contractors shall agree to provide the Services under the terms of the Framework Agreement. Individual requirements will be placed following pricing competition between all members of the Framework Agreement who have the capacity to provide suitably cleared and qualified staff.
