Tender description

Home Group is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Building Surveying Consultancy to carry out surveys of its supported housing residential portfolio. The surveys will be used to develop an up to date and comprehensive asset register to inform strategic asset management decisions, it’s 30 year business plan, planned maintenance programmes and to determine levels of sinking / building fund contributions.
