Tender description

The Council is seeking to put in place services which assist in fulfilling the Council's obligations under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The Council requires the disposal/treatment capacity at a properly Consented, Licensed and Permitted facility/ facilities for hardcore and soil waste. The facility/facilities will offer direct delivery of hardcore and soil by: (a) BCC Household Recycling Centre (HRC) contractor (from HRCs in Buckinghamshire); and (b) District Councils (flytipped waste) There are 2 Lots. Lot 1 is for North Buckinghamshire. Lot 2 is for South Buckinghamshire. The contract will be for the period of 25th September 2017 to 31st March 2020. There will be options to extend for 4 x 12 months. Keywords: Hardcore, Soil, Waste
