Sale of DOTTO Land Train

Tender description

Bournemouth Borough Council are selling a DOTTO P90 Land Train Engine along with its accompanying three A/91 Open Coach carriages. The last carriage can transport up to three wheelchair users as disabled ramp is provided. Since purchasing the P90 engine and the three A/91 Open Coach carriages from new in 2002, its sole purpose has been to transport paying customers around our three designated train routes on Bournemouth Seafront annually. The Council is inviting offers for the Land Train. Details of how to submit an offer can be found within the document ‘Invitation to Offer – DOTTO Land Train Sale 2017’ which can be found in the attachments section. Bidders should review this document for details of the Land Train for sale and information on how they can view the Land Train. Bidders that wish to submit an offer should complete and sign the document ‘Form of Tender – Land Train Sale’ and e-mail a signed copy of this document to landtrainsale@bournemouth.gov.uk.
