Tender description

The provision of maintaining ICT hardware products including devices and servers. Services includes the collection and repair of equipment and when needed the provision of substitute devices while items are being repaired. The procurement exercise followed a Further Competition from Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM3733 ‘Technology Products 2’ Lot 3 Combined Hardware and Software. Suppliers on the Lot were invited to participate and the exercise was carried out on the Council's etendering system. An initial one year term with the ability to be extended annually to a maximum term of 4 years.
