Market Information Request (MIR) – Project Management e-Learning

Tender description

Warrington Borough Council (the Council) requires project management training which includes e-learning. The Council currently offers project management training which includes e-learning via a web browser that provides training in accredited project and programme management qualifications and allows staff to access training away from the Council network. The existing contract is due for renewal and the Council is looking to secure a service which supports the on-going development of its staff via an e-learning tool. The information obtained from this Market Information Request (MIR) is for research purposes only and will be used to inform the Council’s approach to a procurement process. Respondents are advised that in submitting a response to this MIR neither they nor the Council are under any obligation to provide and accept the proposal within the indicative price provided.
