Tender description
The aim of the Framework Agreement is to cover the vast legal spectrum and meet the current demand and needs of NHS SBS member Trusts, ensuring that the following service elements below (but not limited to) are incorporated and captured by the procurement process: — Advice and assistance on legal matters — Drafting/ review of both legal and commercial documents — Advising on or engaging in negotiations of contracts and licenses — Undertaking legal research or analysis — Transaction related work. Knowledge of LeasePlus and UnderLeasePlus Resolution Agreements Estate code and general estate management advice Landlord and Tenant-related matters Property and construction disputes Leases and licenses to use land Building contract advice Acquisitions and disposal of property Mediation / Dispute Resolution Rent Reimbursement Provisions and Directions Surplus land requirements Premises Act rent and rates reimbursement schemes for GP Practices. Construction Contracts (including standard form) Infrastructure Projects PPPs (Public Private Partnerships) Health and Safety (specifically relevant to the construction industry) Construction (including defects liability, collateral warranties, bank and surety bonds, professional appointments and procurement). E-Commerce Software Licences Data protection IT / Telecoms procurement Confidentiality Convergent technologies and the Internet PPPs (Public Private Partnerships) IT Contracts and Licences Competition Law (relevant to the IT / Telecoms sectors). Borrowing and investing Project planning Project Finance Banking and Finance Establishing corporate vehicles Advice and documentation on property issues Public procurement law General legal advice and assistance Drafting and contributing to project documentation Advice and documentation on HR issues Drafting, negotiating and agreeing legal documentation.
