Tender description

Land Agency service to negotiate acquisition and disposal of rights in land, evaluate and negotiate compensation, manage existing flood assets. To negotiate acquisition and disposal of rights in land and to evaluate and negotiate compensation associated with capital flood asset construction schemes, and to provide land agency services for the management of existing flood assets. The land agency services required are general rural practice services including but not limited to rent reviews, negotiations of new leases, easements and licenses, tenancy negotiations, sales and disposals of interests in land, acquisition and disposals of interests in land and property, appraisals, valuations and planning advice, negotiations of conservation management agreements and grazing licences.
