Tender description
Homes in Sedgemoor are looking to undertake the STAR survey of our tenants later this year. We are looking to undertake a ratified sample of our 4’200 properties and would be looking for guidance on how many households this should cover what the data requirements would be to ratify the sample. We are intending to ask the 7 core questions and potentially an additional question regarding whether the respondent would be available for follow up if necessary. We are likely to use a mix of phone and email/ web form link for the surveys. Expressions of interest are required from suitably experienced providers who will be able to manage the process on behalf of HIS and provide an analysis and action plan based on the results.
