Tender description

The total value of the Framework Agreement will be up to 36 000 000 GBP. Packages may be funded and commissioned by Lancashire County Council,Blackburn with Darwen Council, Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group, Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group and Lancashire County Council (as lead commissioner for Lancashire CCGs). All financial values within this notice should be treated as indicative. The Lots values are per annum. Evaluation criteria: Quality: 60 % of which 10 % is assigned to social value, Price weighting: 40 %. The scope of this framework will include: The supply of Mental Health Rehabilitation Service in Lancashire, Blackburn with Darwen and Blackpool. Rehabilitation is an intermediate short term service of up to 2 years, for adults with mental health needs. This support can be provided to meet the identified needs of individuals within a Supported Housing setting. Rehabilitation is an intermediate short term service of up to 2 years, for adults with mental health needs.
