Tender description
Coventry City Council intends to procure a Family Health and Lifestyles Service to be operational from 2018. These services will deliver a number of mandated activities, including the National Child Measurement Programme, Health Promoting Visits, New Baby Reviews, follow on assessments and a range of other public health provisions for families. Coventry City Council seeks to commission a Family Health and Lifestyles Service to support young people and their families by systematically reducing health inequalities. This service will include Health Visiting and School Nursing and will be an integral element of the developing family hub model.
