Tender description

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to create a new Framework Agreement for the provision of Design & Engineering Services. The proposed Framework Agreement has a four year duration (2+1+1) and the anticipated value of contracts that may be awarded through the Framework Agreement is estimated at 12 000 000 GBP — 15 000 000 GBP. The duration of the Framework Agreement is November 2017 through to October 2021 and will be awarded to a maximum of six suitably qualified and experienced Consultants. The scope of services comprises of the following activities; Design Services, Engineering Validation, Environmental Cases (ES, EIA, BPEO, BPM, BAT), Environmental Restoration, Specialist Engineering — Seismic, Constructability, etc, Construction Management, Commissioning Support Services, Software Modelling Services, Waste Strategy Documents. It should be noted that a separate procurement activity will commence (in June 2017) for a new Framework Agreement for Safety Case and Peer Review Services.
