Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is using a Social Impact Bond as a vehicle to fund services for people with learning disabilities with complex needs to move them from high-cost placements to supported living. OCC has 185 people with learning disabilities placed Lot 1 covers the selection of a social investor to provide up-front funding for the service provider (Lot 2) or a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) where this is required (i.e. the Council will not be entering into a direct contract with the social investor). Please respond by completing the attached Technical and Professional Ability Evaluation and return to us via the portal by 12 noon on 19th May 2017. Keywords: social, investment
