This is a soft market testing exercise that seeks input from the market to establish the most effective way of packaging and procuring the City of London Corporation’s Catering Services, with the aim of securing best value for money and exploring the inclusion of social value options with nil or minimal cost implications. We are seeking to invite suitable suppliers in the catering services sector to respond to this questionnaire and, where clarification is required, conduct a short meeting for an informal exchange of ideas. The City of London is, by way of soft market testing, seeking to engage with suppliers in the market to understand market trends, test the feasibility of potential procurement options, the markets capacity and capability to deliver these options and the maturity of the market to compete for these options. The City of London catering services are delivered across a wide portfolio of sites. This includes offices, school and prestigious site such as the Mansion House and Central Criminal Court.
