Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads

Construction of primary highway and service infrastructure to facilitate the future development of the Ty Du site, near Nelson. Works comprise the construction of new estate roads, off-site highway works, footways, foul and surface water drainage, new utility supply services, toucan signal controlled crossing, accommodation works (including a new permanent haul road) and environmental mitigation and landscaping, with associated site clearance works, earthworks, watercourse diversions, culverts, attenuation basins, fencing, street lighting and service diversions. The works will also include some contractor design and build elements. Estimated works cost 5 000 000 GBP.
