Tender description

Coventry University is planning to establish a new Construction Consultancy Services Framework for a number of consultancy services required for any possible future future refurbishment and fit out projects in Coventry, Warwickshire, West Midlands and the South of England including London. The Framework Agreement will be operational for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months. Scope of Services The Services (Lots) that will comprise this Framework are: Lot 1 Architect / Lead Designer / Contract Administrator for projects below 2 500 000 GBP. Lot 2 Building Services Design / Contract Administrator for projects below 2 500 000 GBP. Lot 3 Civil and Structural Engineering for projects below 2 500 000 GBP. Lot 4 Cost Management for projects below 2 500 000 GBP. or Lot 1, 7 offers were received. The 4 most economically advantageous tenders were taken through to the Framework. The date of contract award was the 11.4.2017 with the framework commencing 1.5.2017.
