Tender description

A contract for the provision of ICT equipment and associated support duties in Schools. The procurement was completed following a Further Competition exercise off the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement RM3733, Technology Products 2. Suppliers under Lot 1 ‘Hardware’ of the Framework Agreement were invited to participate in this opportunity. The Contract is initially for 1 year but has the ability to be extended to a maximum of 3 years in duration. Responses were evaluated over two stages. Stage one assessed the quality criteria. Bidders were required to exceed the minimum quality level of 70 % to continue to Stage two. Stage two was based on the Cost evaluation with the lowest cost bid achieving maximum score.
