Tender description

City College Plymouth is seeking to contract with a single supplier for the provision of Grounds maintenance and landscaping works across its Kings Road site and Picquet Barracks. The College Goschen Centre site is due to be closed in August 2017 and Ad-hoc servicing at this centre may be required until the site is fully disposed of. The successful tenderer will benefit from an exclusive contract for a period of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
