Note: This opportunity has now been awarded. The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body requires a Contractor to provide, design, host and maintain a micro-site which plays live video streams and archived video-on-demand material. In addition, the Contractor will have to provide the relevant hardware to enable the programming and streaming of 7 simultaneous meetings and a content management system to manage the streaming and subsequent creation of video on demand files.
