Supply and Maintenance of Floor Machines

Tender description

This tender opportunity relates to the Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service's (HMPPS) requirements for the supply and maintenance of floor machines predominantly for use within public prison establishments. The proposed duration of the contract is for four years, with an estimated value of £865,000. The requirement has been split into the following two lots: Lot 1- Domestic Floor Machines • Tub Vacuums • Upright vacuums • Domestic Carpet Cleaners • Domestic Wet Pick Up Machines Lot 2- Industrial Floor Machines Scrubber Drier • Industrial Wet Pick Up • Heavy Weight Buffing Machine • Low Speed Buffing Machine • High Speed Buffing Machine Suppliers are able to submit bids for both lots, or independently for Lot 1 or Lot 2 only.
