Tender description

The Authority has a requirement for an Asset Management system which will be used to record details of all Authority and Torbay Development Agency owned property assets, as well as Lettings Information and Condition Surveys carried out on the assets. The Authority's agent in managing the property assets is the Torbay Development Agency (TDA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority. Additional functionality which is required is a Facilities Maintenance module, which will enable the Authority to store details of both planned and reactive maintenance on the assets, and also a Rooms Booking module, to enable rooms in certain properties to be booked either by Authority Staff or members of the public. All 3 elements (Assets Management, Facilities Management and Room Bookings) are mandatory requirements and are to be provided within a budget of no more than 150 000 GBP for the first 3 years.
