Tender description

The DPS is for specialist high support accommodation for young people with complex needs. The support will be tailored to meet their individual needs as identified in their support plans. This support will include, but is not limited to – — Access to education, training and employment, — Finding appropriate settled accommodation, — Understanding their rights and responsibilities as tenants and licensees, — Building social networks, positive relationships and sharing accommodation, — Finding appropriate settled accommodation, — Managing money, accessing welfare benefits and reducing debt, — Improving emotional and physical health and well-being, — Reducing substance misuse, — Reducing offending behaviour and anti-social behaviour, — Improving literacy, numeracy and communication skills. The procurement process being used for this project is that of a revised Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The revisions are that new bidders will be periodically evaluated instead of evaluation commencing as soon as bid is submitted.
