Tender description

Housing support service for young people aged typically 16-26 years of age. Provision of an outcomes focused housing support service for 24 young people, providing for around 26 weeks of support for up to 10 hours per week, per individual within a supported accommodation setting. The supported accommodation will be located in Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Inverurie and Stonehaven. The young people will typically be aged 16-26 years of age, who are homeless or at the risk of being homeless. The service should be scheduled around the needs of the young people and should operate at weekends and in the evenings. We would not anticipate that the service would be required for 24 hours/day. Supported individuals needs and inputs will vary as they progress through their individual journeys. The contract will be for 3 years, with 2 possible extensions of 1 year and the contract value is based on 5 years.
