The following Services are to be delivered through the contract: 1 Reactive Response. 2 Winter Service. 3 Drainage Cleansing. 4 Routine Maintenance Structures. 5 Structures Maintenance (Routine, Programmed & Reactive). 6 Tree Maintenance. 7 Hedge Maintenance. 8 Weed Control. 9 Grass Cutting. 10 Carriageway Resurfacing including Insitu Recycling schemes. 11 Carriageway Patching and Reconstruction schemes. 12 Carriageway Surface Dressing & Micro surfacing schemes. 13 Carriageway High friction Surfacing & Carriageway Re-texturing Services. 14 Footway Resurfacing and reconstruction including Insitu Recycling. 15 Footway Micro surfacing schemes. 16 Drainage (Repairs& Programmed Work). 17 Provision and Maintenance of Road Signs. 18 Road Marking and Studs (Repair & New including Annual Survey). 19 Highways Improvement Schemes. 20 Vehicle Restraint Systems (including Pedestrian Guard Rail & Culvert Rails) — Routine and Emergency & schemes. 21 Rechargeable (Green) Claims. The following Services are potential requirements and may be included in the new Highway Maintenance Term Contract subject to acceptable detailed proposals received during the Competitive Dialogue Phase: 1. Customer Stakeholder Management. 2. Highways Operational Management. 3. Network Management. The following Services may be considered as future potential Services requirements should the Employer consider it appropriate subject to the usual governance guidelines, the Services may include but not be limited to: 1. Asset Management. 2. Traffic signals Maintenance. 3. Public rights of Way / Countryside Services. 4. Highways and Transport Professional Services. 5. Management of Infrastructure Projects. 6. Management of Improvement Projects. 7. Integration and depot improvement.
