Tender description

The SPS requires a planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance service for commercial catering equipment in line with statutory regulations, manufacturer's instructions and the operational requirements at each of its Establishments. The SPS requires the use of catering equipment at each of its Establishments in order to provide meals for prisoners. It is important that the equipment is fully operational at all times in order to facilitate this requirement. The successful supplier shall provide planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance services in line with statutory regulations, manufacturer's instructions and the operational requirements of each Establishment. SPS currently has 13 prisons and 3 support sites across Scotland. Please see www.sps.gov.uk for more information on SPS sites.
