Tender description
Variation of a contract for the following waste management functions under a single 25 year integrated contract: — Collections services including trade waste service; — Recycling services; — Food and green waste treatment services; — Residual waste treatment and disposal services; and — Re-use and minimisation services. This notice is a modification to a contract in accordance with Article 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and for the reasons set out in Annex D, the Authority does not consider that it is a new award. The contract was previously advertised and tendered under Notice number OJ S: 2013/S 113-193154.
