St Helens Council is seeking to appoint a Property Partner/Partnership to provide the technical and delivery skills to initiate Infrastructure projects in support of Growth in the Economy. The Council have recently established an Economy Board to direct the activity of the Property Partner. The Economy Board is tasked with the delivery of Place initiatives to provide a gateway for investment, business and education.
