PP17083 - Refurbishment of 3 Nr Classrooms at Bantock Primary School Wolverhampton.

Tender description

The Works comprise the refurbishment of three Classrooms and shall include: Removal of partition walls to extend classrooms; Construction of new partitions complete with new doorsets; Blocking up existing opening and forming of new; Floor and wall finishes including the redecoration to existing areas; Mechanical and Electrical Installations. The Contractor is directed to the drawings and specification to identify the exact nature, extent and location of the works. Date for Commencement of the Works: 17th July 2017. Date for Completion: 1st September 2017.The Contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract, 2011, issued September 2011 incorporating Amendment 1 issued March 2015 and it is assumed that any tenderer will be familiar with this form and will have a copy for reference. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
