Tender description

The University of Leicester delivers high quality undergraduate, postgraduate and professional education and create research that has impact internationally. We aim to set up a 2 year agreement with up to 4 patent agents/attorneys who can provide specialist advice, assistance and other relevant services. This agreement would be a non-exclusive framework and the University will always reserve the right to obtain patent and trademark services from firms that are not included in this framework programme if the chosen firm(s) is unable to provide the service required. The University cannot guarantee the level of business any firm will receive. The University does not undertake to bind or restrict itself to any minimum or maximum expenditure under the framework contract. Our existing patent portfolio will remain with existing firms. Firms must be available to meet in Leicester with no charges for travel and accommodation.
