Tender description

APHA requires a Nucleic Acid Extraction instrument that can extract nucleic acid from many different sample types, including pure cultures of bacteria, animal tissues and farm environmental samples. The DNA that is extracted will then be used for downstream molecular analysis, such as whole genome sequencing, real-time PCR, genotyping and antibiotic resistance gene determination.
