Tender description
In delivering the Marketing and Print Services Contract, the Service Provider will play an integral role in the collection of TV Licensing revenue for the BBC. The Service Provider will deliver the end-to-end marketing operation for TV Licensing, from planning through to campaign launch, covering the full mix of available media and including the management of email distribution, print and fulfilment services. The Service Provider will deliver the end-to-end marketing operation for TV Licensing, from planning through to campaign launch, covering the full mix of available media and including the management of email distribution, print and fulfilment services. In 2015/16, 25 600 000 licences were sold. The marketing effort to achieve this totalled nearly 30 000 campaigns, requiring the deployment of 52 500 000 pieces of mail and 11 800 000 emails.
