Tender description

SHGL is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) in relation to a New Homes Marketing Services Framework. The Group is looking to appoint 4 (four) contractors although it reserves the right to vary this number. Typically, contractors will be marketing agencies offering creative and digital services as their core business and must have relevant experience in new homes marketing. Services include (the list is not exhaustive): —Creative content — including branding, design, artwork, copywriting, photography and CGI. —Scheme-specific digital marketing services — including microsite design, build and hosting,. e-mailers, social media, SMS, SEO, PPC and retargeting. Digital media planning and buying may not always fall within the scope of the project. —Print and production — including literature and signage. —Marketing environments — including marketing suites, show homes and exhibition space. It is envisaged that a single contractor will be appointed (without a further tender requirement) for each development, to supply some or all of the services listed above as required. Contractors will be expected to invoice SHGL & manage all services required, where these are outsourced. Whilst SHGL cannot guarantee a specific volume of work, it is committed to appointing all successful contractors to part of its new homes marketing programme. Developments will be located in the following areas, broadly in order of frequency: London, East & West Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire and Wiltshire. In most cases, contractors will be expected to carry out at least one site visit to familiarise themselves with the development & location. The proposed Framework Agreement will continue for 4 (four) years, with an option to extend for a further 4 (four) years dependent on performance.
