Develop test scripts and oversee testing of version 3. Development of User education resources and train the trainer. Ensure all relevant Privacy Impact Assessments and Information Sharing Agreements are in place to allow partners to share data and access the relevant patient information, using CareCentric. Develop the CareCentric platform to include data feeds from Social Care, Mental Health, Oncology, and other relevant data sources. Develop and deliver a user education programme for all new users of the CareCentric system for staff in partner organisations. Skills & Experience • Have Graphnet CareCentric V2 and V3 skills • have knowledge of Privacy Impact Assessment and Information Sharing Agreements • Be able to train the trainers on the use of CareCentric • have knowledge of NHS and social care Nice to Haves • Communications - oral and written • experience of Acute, Community, Mental Health, CCG and social care Work Location CCG HQ, Regent House, Heaton Lane.
