YPO conducted this call for competition for our own internal requirements. This Call for Competition (CfC) covers the requirement for a site survey to be carried out, followed by design, supply and installation of Low Energy Lighting systems for our office based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This call for competition is for the whole building to be awarded to 1 supplier with the whole project delivery planned in phases over a maximum term of 4 years from the start of the contract, or on completion of all phases whichever is the earliest. This Call for Competition is issued in relation to the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) 000716 Lot 1 — Internal low energy lighting systems Supply and Fit which was procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This involved inviting a Call for Competition from those Suppliers who were successfully awarded on the relevant lot. Design, Supply and Installation of Low Energy Lighting Systems (internal) (Phase 1). YPO asked suppliers to initially provide a response for phase 1 only in this call for competition as budget is already approved for this phase. YPO reserves the right to award future phases to the successful Supplier of phase 1. The fulfilment of any further phases for the awarded Supplier will be subject to quality, contract performance (i.e. support and maintenance), budget, internal authorisation, frequent reviews and satisfactory completion of phase 1. YPO reserves the right to cancel the Contract, after completion of any Phase and to re tender the opportunity for any or all of the remaining phases, or not continue with any further lighting upgrade work. It is to be noted that the Supplier who is awarded onto the Contract and who completes phase 1 will not be guaranteed any business for future phases.
