Tender description

Durham University is seeking a managed laundry service for our residential and conference areas located currently at our Durham Campus and Queens Campus at Stockton on Tees. The service will require a complete refurbishment of existing laundry facilities and decoration of new locations when required. An installation programme will be required prioritised by access, existing machine serviceability and availability. A percentage of takings is to be paid to the University. All servicing, maintenance and repair is to be undertaken by the supplier and a refresh of the laundry areas throughout the contract. The supplier is required to work with the University to promote the facilities to the student community. This is an Award Notice.
