Tender description

This PQQ has been issued by Magnox Ltd in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of Information Technology (IT) Managed Services, conducted in accordance with the Negotiated Procedure with prior call for competition under the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016. Magnox Ltd requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver Information Technology Managed Services. This PQQ sets out the information which is required by Magnox Ltd in order to assess the suitability of bidders in terms of their technical knowledge and experience; capability and capacity; organisational and financial standing, to meet the requirements. An Information Technology Managed Service to replace an existing contract which is reaching its conclusion. Magnox requires a fully managed IT Service to include the following areas of service: — Service Desk, Incident Management and Problem Management Service. — End User Catalogue and Procurement Service. — Desktop Systems Service. — Server Systems Service. — Data Network Systems Service. — Voice Network Systems Service. — Asset Life-cycle Management Service. — Secure RAS, Internet Access and Mobile Service. — Applications Service. — Video-conferencing Service. — Technical Design and Architecture Service. — Data Storage Service. — IT Security Service. — Availability and Service Continuity Service. — Testing and Acceptance Service. — Projects Service.
