Tender description

NHS Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) is seeking tenders for the re-procurement of community dietetics service. The re-procurement offers an opportunity to enhance the service to incorporate an identified gap within the current community dietetic service, and provide optimal cost effective, high quality care for patients of a Bexley GP that clinically require specialist dietetic services. The procurement aims to provide a vital role for patients who are non-ambulatory (housebound/learning disability/nursing/care homes/residential setting), who are at risk of or suffering from malnutrition (scoring 2 or above on the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST)), or have a medical condition that requires referral onto a dietician, are currently not receiving a service.
