Tender description
Slough Borough Council are seeking to appoint 1 provider to deliver or sub-contract as required the services detailed in the Specification which is based on the national model specification for 0-19(25) Services (PHE, 2016) extended to those with SEND aged up to 25 years of age. The provider will need to demonstrate that they have the knowledge, innovation and ability to deliver services that meet the needs of a diverse population. Contract start date is the 1.10.2017 and will be for a term of 3 years with a possible extension of up to 2 years. The financial envelope for this service is 2 800 000 GBP per annum.
