Tender description
The aim of the Carers' Support Hub is to improve quality of life for carers in Nottingham through early identification and recognition of carers, leading to more Carers Assessments and better/more joined up personalised support for both the carer and the cared-for citizen. By providing effective support for carers we will improve the carer's quality of life, reduce incidences of poor mental health and physical injuries amongst carers, and support carers to further their education, careers and other interests. This can help reduce carer breakdown and enable carers to continue to carry out their caring roles.
