Tender description

Leicester City Council is leading the procurement exercise on behalf of Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Leicester CCG, ELR CCG and WL CCG. The Dementia Support Service (DSS) will support people living with dementia and their informal carers. The service will cover people affected by dementia that are registered with a general medical practice in Leicester City and Leicestershire. The Advocacy Service is to be commissioned under the same contract but is specified by Leicester City Council and Leicester City CCG. Please refer to the ITT documentation. Although II.2.3) lists the Place of Performance as UKF22 please note that UKF21 is also applicable.
